About The Role
This role supports key technical areas within GSR’s global finance function, including IFRS reporting, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany flows, and compliance across VAT, share-based payments, and transfer pricing.
The focus is on improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across financial operations, contributing directly to informed decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth trading environment.

About The Role
This role supports key technical areas within GSR’s global finance function, including IFRS reporting, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany flows, and compliance across VAT, share-based payments, and transfer pricing.
The focus is on improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across financial operations, contributing directly to informed decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & IFRS: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS; maintain documentation to support audits and internal controls.
- Consolidation & Intercompany: Manage multi-entity consolidation, intercompany invoicing, lending, and reconciliations.
- Tax & Transfer Pricing: Prepare VAT returns and support compliant, efficient transfer pricing policies with external advisors.
- Share-Based Payments: Account for equity and cash-settled schemes in line with IFRS 2.
- Systems & Processes: Use NetSuite to manage close and reporting; design process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
- Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified with a strong academic background.
- Experience: 3+ years in financial control, audit, or accounting roles; exposure to trading, asset management, or capital markets preferred.
- Expertise: Strong IFRS knowledge, especially in consolidation, intercompany, VAT, and share-based payments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in NetSuite and Excel; reporting/automation tools a plus.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and confident working independently across teams and jurisdictions.
