The Project Administrator will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to the Development Managers who look after the properties of the tech power house. This varied role will book meetings, support at meeting, complete documents, hold people accountable and ensure the timely completion of many property related projects.

Client Details

You will work for one of the worlds most recognisable brands who are always at the forefront of innovation, they will look fantastic on your CV. They often need their project coordinators to be on 12 month contracts but you will very likely be extended for a further 12months. The role is hybrid and you can work 2 days from home.

Description

As the Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Provides assistance to the development team and proactively see ways to streamline daily processes and procedures
  • Create and maintain project files digital locally corporate office to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
  • Communicate between multiple departments and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate and preparation and assembly of development, construction submission and permitting documents for presentations and meetings able to work on keynote
  • Communicate with Corporate head office to schedule meetings approval and updates
  • Basic knowledge of construction and timelines
  • Coordinate construction and development contracts for approvals, payment, on -boarding and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as calendar management ,travel arrangements, report documentation and compliance reporting
  • Proactively seek ways to streamline daily processes and procedures
  • Provide support as required on multiple development projects
  • General Office admin
  • Able to set up vendors , follow company procedures and follow through to the end of a project closure.

Profile

A successful Project Administrator should have:

  • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently with our direction on a daily basis
  • Experience working in development industry
  • Good analytical statistics and research experience required
  • Excellent organisation no problem-solving skills as well as communication skills verbal and written
  • Manage complexity makes sense of complex and high quantity sometimes contradictory information to efficiently solve problems
  • Resourcefulness - use and get most of resources available
  • Global Perspective - think globally and excel at viewing issues on a worldwide basis
  • Collaborative and able to work with others
  • Build networks and cultivate innovation

Job Offer

You will be on a daily rate of £150-£175 per day and have excellent potential to progress your career with them
