User Experience Designer - London

As a User Experience Designer at END. you'll work on all aspects of the product design process, collaborating with other teams to create world-class digital products. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will play a key role in defining END.'s user experience and help lead consumer research through to design to ensure that the END. Consumer experience remains best-in-class, premium and inspirational together with being simple to navigate and seamless to transact.

Key Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Partner with Product Leads to create consumer journeys, storyboards, visual mockups, prototypes and designs to meet user requirements.
- Drive UX design thinking and user research to prototype, test and rapidly iterate commerce ideas.
- Create pixel perfect designs in collaboration with product and dev teams.
- Communicate and collaborate with the wider team, talking about your work and articulating the thinking behind it.
- Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally with an e-commerce focus.
- Experience shipping large web and mobile products, as well as extensive knowledge of best practices.
- A data-driven mindset: Familiarity and experience with qualitative and quantitative testing.
- Proven experience in creating and managing responsive design systems.
- Experience in translating business and customer requirements into compelling designs.
- Expert knowledge of industry tools (Figma, Principle, Adobe CS)
- Ability to manage large scale projects through collaboration and file management.
- Proven record of articulating experiences from low fidelity wireframes journeys to fully interactive prototypes.
- Comfortable presenting your work to peers and department leads in a clear, succinct format.
- Curiosity about technology and understanding its impact on design solutions.
- Accustomed to working collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity working in agile processes and with tools such as JIRA.
