Commodities Graduate- Japanese Speaker - #2080208

Our client, a global commodity trading firm, is looking to hire a Japanese-speaking graduate to join their team in London. The role will support front office trading activity across Power, Gas and Carbon markets within a fast-paced trading environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting daily operational activities across Power, Gas and Environmental Products trading desks
2. Monitoring and reconciling trades, positions and operational data
3. Liaising with traders, counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve operational queries
4. Assisting with scheduling, trade lifecycle management and reporting processes
5. Ensuring accurate and timely capture of transactions within internal systems
6. Supporting process improvement and operational control initiatives

You will need to have the following experience:

1. Fluent Japanese and English communication skills
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Strong Excel and analytical skills
5. Interest in commodities, energy trading or financial markets
