We're delivering nationwide facilities management, including M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technology for efficient planned and reactive services.
We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator based in London (105 Victoria) who will provide operational administrative support to the Contract Manager and onsite team.
As the Contract Administrator, you will:
- Have control of the computerised maintenance system on site
- Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and produce PPM sheets
- Coordinate work with onsite building assistants
- Organise sub-contractors
- Raise requisitions for materials and sub-contractors
- Assist with compiling monthly reports, financial spreadsheets and producing CVRs
We are looking for:
- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
- Good computer skills, especially Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of PPM systems
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong customer facing skills
