Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Iberia distribution strategy to drive asset growth
- Identify, open and deepen distribution networks, leveraging existing relationships
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to closing
- Position the firm as a premier investment offering with institutional, wholesale, and intermediary clients
- Present confidently at client meetings, seminars, roadshows, and conferences
- Travel regularly across Iberia to develop and maintain the client base
Requirements
- Significant asset management business development experience covering Iberia, Spain, and Portugal
- Proven record of raising assets and building senior client relationships
- Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, and distribution models
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively
- Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese as preferred, and other languages a plus
