Self-Employed Financial Advisor– Remote/ Hybrid with access to London offices.

Mortgages & Insurers Solutions is growing, and this is an exciting opportunity for a Self-Employed Financial Adviser / Wealth Adviser to help shape a new wealth advice offering within an already successful mortgage and protection business.

You will provide tailored financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning and wider wealth management. You will work with clients who already trust the business through mortgage and protection services, giving you access to strong referral opportunities and an established customer base from day one.

This is not a cold-start role. You will be joining a business with ambitious plans, a strong reputation and genuine long-term growth potential.

The role offers flexibility to work remotely or from modern London offices, while giving you the independence to grow your own income and client bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality financial advice in line with FCA regulations
• Support clients with pensions, investments and retirement planning
• Build trusted and lasting client relationships
• Work closely with the mortgage and protection team to identify suitable advice opportunities
• Help develop and grow the company’s wealth planning proposition
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records
• Generate repeat business and referrals
• Represent the business professionally across meetings, events and marketing activity

The Person

We are looking for someone who is professional, client-focused and motivated by building long-term relationships.

You will ideally have:

• Level 4 Diploma qualification or above
• Experience within financial advice, pensions, investments or wealth planning
• Confidence working on a self-employed basis
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional and ethical approach
• The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive wider team

Experience within The Openwork Partnership network would be an advantage, but is not essential.
