Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day
We are partnering with a growing and highly respected advisory firm seeking an ambitious ACA-qualified candidate to join its expanding Transaction Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to transition away from audit and build a career across both Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Valuations, gaining exposure to a broad range of M&A transactions and strategic advisory assignments.
Working alongside experienced deal professionals, you will support private equity, corporate and entrepreneurial clients through acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and strategic decision-making processes.
The Role
You will be involved in a variety of transaction and valuation engagements, including:
Supporting buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence assignments.
Analysing financial performance, working capital, cash flow and key business drivers.
Assisting with the preparation of due diligence reports for corporate and private equity clients.
Building and reviewing financial models.
Supporting business valuations for transactions, tax, accounting and strategic purposes.
Conducting industry and market research to support valuation and transaction assignments.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining direct client exposure from an early stage.
About You
We are keen to speak with individuals who possess:
ACA qualification (or equivalent) obtained within a Big 4 environment.
0-3 years' post-qualified experience.
Strong grounding in audit, ideally with exposure to larger corporate or mid-market clients.
A genuine interest in M&A, Deals and Valuations.
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset and desire to build a career in advisory.
Prior exposure to Transactions Services, Corporate Finance or Valuations is advantageous but not essential.
Why Apply?
Make your first move from audit into a genuine Deals environment.
Gain exposure to both Financial Due Diligence and Valuations.
Work on a broad range of transactions across multiple sectors.
Benefit from significant client interaction and responsibility.
Join a growing team with clear progression opportunities.
Develop a well-rounded skill set across the M&A lifecycle.
This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious ACA-qualified professional looking to accelerate their career and gain hands-on exposure to high-profile transactions and valuation assignments within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
