Our client is a fast-growing international recruitment firm specialising in the legal sector across Europe and the US. Since launching in 2019, they’ve grown to a team of almost 40 and built a reputation within one of the most lucrative recruitment markets globally.


Operating across private practice and in-house legal recruitment, they partner with leading international law firms and global businesses across London, Europe, and the East Coast US.


They are now hiring multiple Graduate Recruitment Consultants into their London office.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join either the European or US division and work within specialist legal markets.


From day one, you’ll be trained to:

  • Build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Source and qualify high-level legal professionals
  • Develop business and generate opportunities
  • Manage interview processes and negotiations
  • Work towards promotions and revenue targets


Depending on the team, consultants begin in either a candidate-focused or business development-focused role before progressing into a full 360 position.


This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales role suited to people who enjoy competition, targets, and high-performance environments.


Training & Development

You’ll receive structured training alongside hands-on mentorship from experienced consultants and managers.


The business promotes quickly based on results:

  • Most consultants reach promotion within 6–7 months
