Growth & Marketing Executive

Location: London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Contract: 6 months Temp-to-Perm

Working Pattern: Office-based, 4–5 days per week

Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Growth & Marketing Executive to join their team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience across marketing, partnerships, growth, and commercial operations within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role:

This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll support growth initiatives, social media activity, partnerships, customer engagement campaigns, and commercial projects while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting digital marketing and growth campaigns
• Assisting with influencer and creator outreach initiatives
• Creating and scheduling content across social media channels
• Supporting CRM and customer engagement campaigns
• Building relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Assisting with onboarding, account management, and operational projects
• Researching trends and identifying opportunities for growth

About You:

• Recent graduate or equivalent experience
• Genuine passion for sport, particularly football
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commercially aware with an interest in marketing, partnerships, or growth
• Confident using social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Previous internship, placement year, society leadership, freelance work, or side projects would be advantageous
