We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering user-centred digital services, working within a multidisciplinary agile team to drive product strategy, prioritisation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmaps
- Prioritise backlogs based on user needs, business value and technical considerations
- Work closely with delivery, design, research and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align priorities and manage expectations
- Use user research, data and insights to inform product decisions
- Ensure products are delivered in line with GDS standards and best practices
- Support continuous improvement and service optimisation activities
- Proven experience working as a Product Manager within complex digital environments
- Recent experience delivering products and services aligned to GDS standards
- Strong public sector or government experience
- Demonstrable experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder relationships
- Experience working within agile multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Familiarity with service assessments and government delivery frameworks
- Experience working with multiple suppliers and stakeholders
- Initial 6-month contract
- Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)
