We are seeking an exceptional Head of AI Product to lead the creation of next-generation AI-powered customer experiences. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape AI products from concept through to scale, working at the intersection of technology, creativity, content and customer engagement.

This role would suit someone who combines strong product leadership with an instinctive understanding of consumer behaviour, emerging technology and digital innovation. You will be equally comfortable discussing GenAI strategy with executive stakeholders as you are collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers and editorial teams.

You will lead the AI Product function, defining the vision, strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of AI-enabled products and experiences.

Working closely with executive leadership, technology, data and commercial teams, you will identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful customer value, unlock new revenue streams and establish market-leading experiences.

This role sits at the heart of a growing innovation capability and will have significant influence over future investment, experimentation and product direction.

• Define and execute the AI product vision and strategy across customer-facing digital products
• Lead the development of innovative AI-powered experiences, services and content products
• Establish and scale AI product practices across the organisation
• Build, mentor and develop high-performing product teams
• Identify emerging AI technologies, trends and opportunities within the market
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Technology teams to bring concepts into production
• Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping and innovation initiatives through an AI innovation lab environment
• Develop product roadmaps aligned to business objectives and customer outcomes
• Partner with editorial, content, marketing and commercial teams to maximise value creation
• Champion responsible AI, governance and ethical product development
• Create business cases, investment proposals and executive-level presentations
• Own product performance metrics and continuously optimise customer outcomes

• Proven experience leading Product Management teams within AI, Digital, Consumer Technology, Media or Content environments
• Strong background delivering customer-facing B2C digital products at scale
• Experience building and launching AI-enabled products and services
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and emerging AI technologies
• Background working within media, publishing, content platforms, streaming, consumer technology or digital product organisations
• Highly creative and instinctive approach to product innovation
• Comfortable operating within ambiguity and rapidly evolving technology landscapes
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product, design and engineering teams
• Passion for experimentation, innovation and creating market-leading customer experiences
