  • Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders and client representatives to monitor project progress and manage changes in scope.
  • Maintain robust project records and support change control procedures, ensuring commercial implications are accurately captured.
  • Monitor project risks, performance and programme delivery, providing meaningful reporting to support decision-making.

  • Knowledge of cost tracking, invoicing, fee management or project financial reporting.
  • APM qualification (or equivalent) or currently working towards professional project management accreditation.
  • Experience working with NEC contracts is highly desirable, including change management and compensation event processes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using a range of project management and reporting tools.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Understanding of design delivery processes, construction methodologies or the RIBA Plan of Work would be advantageous.
  • Experience within a design-led consultancy environment is beneficial.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project programming software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project would be advantageous.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to work on nationally significant healthcare developments.
  • Structured career development and professional training support.
  • Access to mentoring programmes and ongoing CPD opportunities.
  • Collaborative and inclusive working culture.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Private healthcare, life assurance and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Flexible benefits options and enhanced family-friendly policies.
  • Regular social, sporting and charitable events.
  • A supportive environment that encourages professional growth, innovation and career progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Design Manager or Project Manager looking to advance their career within a highly respected design and project delivery environment, working on projects that have a meaningful impact on communities and the healthcare sector.
