Description

Executive Assistant responsibilities:


  • Provide high-level administrative support to Managing Directors, including calendar and diary management.
  • Scheduling of internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate international travel, itineraries, visas, and logistics.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Compile agendas, briefing packs, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Process expenses.
  • Assist in organising events, conferences, and team activities as required.
  • Support additional administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the department.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within Investment Banking.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced London-based environment.
  • A professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
