About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Property Inspector to join a well-established and growing property management business.
This is the perfect role for someone looking for flexibility whilst earning a strong monthly income. You will be responsible for carrying out property inspections, conducting end-of-tenancy visits and providing accurate reports to support a busy property management team.
With approximately 80 inspections available per month, this role offers the opportunity to earn around £2,000 per month whilst working on a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections across a residential portfolio
- Complete detailed inspection reports using company systems
- Arrange and attend end-of-tenancy check-outs
- Identify maintenance issues and report findings accurately
- Ensure high levels of customer service when interacting with tenants and landlords
- Maintain accurate CRM records and inspection documentation
- Work efficiently across multiple locations whilst managing your own diary
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Property Management, Lettings, Inventories, Inspections or Housing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working independently
- Good IT skills and confidence using mobile reporting systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle essential
Desirable
- ARLA, NFoPP or other industry qualifications
- Previous inventory or inspection experience
- Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
