Salary: £35,000 -£50,000, plus £1,000 joining bonus.

A growing and forward-thinking professional services firm is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support its continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator looking to develop a long-term career within a successful and supportive organisation.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for prospective clients, assisting with enquiries and quotations to maximise conversion opportunities. The role also involves maintaining relationships with external partners, providing updates, and supporting a range of business development initiatives, including networking events, client engagement activities, and relationship-building visits.

You will be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with confidence in handling a high volume of telephone interactions. Previous experience in sales, business development, or another client-facing role would be advantageous, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
