Elevate Your Career in a High-Performing Wealth Management Environment

Are you a detail-driven, solutions-focused Paraplanner who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment? Do you want to work alongside experienced Financial Planners, contribute to high-quality advice, and genuinely influence client outcomes? If so, this role will give you the platform to shine.

Why This Role Stands Out

You won’t be a back-office box-ticker here. You’ll be a core part of the advice process, owning cases from research through to implementation, shaping client recommendations, and helping drive continuous improvement across the team. Attending client meetings and present cashflow modelling.

This is a role for someone who wants impact, autonomy, and progression with a reputable IFA in London.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the full client lifecycle, including:

  • Producing high-quality, FCA-compliant suitability reports across a wide range of advice areas
  • Conducting product and investment research
  • Collaborating closely with Financial Planners and administrators to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Owning cases from submission through to implementation, proactively resolving issues
  • Contributing to process improvements and MI reporting
  • Maintaining and enhancing suitability report templates and content
  • Becoming a “superuser” of internal systems, helping identify and fix data integrity issues
  • Providing technical support and training to colleagues when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (ideally working towards chartered)
  • Strong technical knowledge across major financial planning areas
  • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse complex information and turn it into clear, client-friendly advice
  • Confident, professional manner—comfortable supporting client meetings
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage your own workload
  • Strong IT skills (Word & Excel above average)
  • A commitment to ongoing development and maintaining high professional standards
  • Genuine career development with a structured progression plan

Your Next Step

If you’re a motivated Paraplanner who wants to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking wealth management team, this is your chance to take the next step in your career.

Apply to Ursula at Financial Divisions today and bring your expertise to a role where your contribution truly matters.
