Registered Manager — Children's Residential Home

Thrive hills Care | Nationwide | £48,000–£55,000 + exceptional bonuses


This is not a standard RM role.


We are a new children's residential care home backed by a committed investor. We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to build this home from the ground up — with full autonomy, a premium package, and a genuine stake in what you are creating.


WHAT WE OFFER


£48,000–£55,000 starting salary

£10,000 salary increase on Ofsted registration approval

£5,000 bonus per child placed at full occupancy

£10,000 bonus for Good rating | £15,000 bonus for Outstanding

Total year one earnings up to £100,000+

WHAT WE NEED


Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare — essential

Minimum 5 years children's residential care experience

Minimum 2 years in RM, Deputy, or senior leadership role

Proven Good or Outstanding Ofsted track record

Strong local authority commissioning relationships in your area

Enhanced DBS — clean

Deep knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015

We are flexible. Target areas include Stoke-on-Trent, Sandwell, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Derby, and Nottinghamshire — but if your commissioning relationships are elsewhere in England, tell us. We will find the right property near you.
