The business has experienced significant growth in recent years and is continuing to invest in its finance infrastructure, reporting capability and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process

* Preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory reporting

* Technical accounting support across the group, including preparation of accounting papers and policy development

* Management of the year-end audit process and coordination with external auditors

* Oversight of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and complex accounting matters

* Support for finance transformation and systems enhancement initiatives

* Collaboration with finance teams across multiple international jurisdictions

Candidate Profile

* ACA qualified - essential

* Audit-trained, ideally from a Big 4, Top 10 or leading mid-tier practice

* Experience within Group Reporting, Financial Reporting, Consolidation or Technical Accounting

* Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP

* Experience preparing consolidated financial statements within a multi-entity group structure

* Ability to manage competing priorities within a dynamic international environment

The Opportunity
