Insurance Solutions Structurer (Rates) - UK Clients
Overview
- Front-office role focused on designing and delivering rates-driven solutions for UK insurance clients
- Working at the intersection of sales, trading, and clients, with a strong emphasis on liability-driven and balance sheet-efficient strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and price interest rate solutions including IRS, swaptions, and inflation-linked products
- Develop solutions supporting ALM, liability hedging, and capital optimisation under Solvency II / Solvency UK
- Partner with trading to design hedging strategies and manage rates risk and optionality
- Work closely with sales to originate and deliver tailored solutions to life insurers and pension clients
- Take ownership of transactions from structuring through execution
Requirements
- 4-10 years' experience in rates structuring or derivatives structuring
- Strong knowledge of interest rate products (swaps, swaptions, inflation)
- Experience covering or working with UK insurance clients
