Insurance Solutions Structurer (Rates) - UK Clients

Overview

  • Front-office role focused on designing and delivering rates-driven solutions for UK insurance clients
  • Working at the intersection of sales, trading, and clients, with a strong emphasis on liability-driven and balance sheet-efficient strategies


Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and price interest rate solutions including IRS, swaptions, and inflation-linked products
  • Develop solutions supporting ALM, liability hedging, and capital optimisation under Solvency II / Solvency UK
  • Partner with trading to design hedging strategies and manage rates risk and optionality
  • Work closely with sales to originate and deliver tailored solutions to life insurers and pension clients
  • Take ownership of transactions from structuring through execution


Requirements

  • 4-10 years' experience in rates structuring or derivatives structuring
  • Strong knowledge of interest rate products (swaps, swaptions, inflation)
  • Experience covering or working with UK insurance clients
