Title: Telemarketing Executive

Hours: 3 days per week on-site (21 hours)

Contract: 3-6 month contract, potential extension

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Location: Central London


This company is a long-established leader in the electrical sector, known for its online training, industry news, and rewards platform. They partner closely with major wholesalers, and your role will directly support their customer engagement strategy.


The Role

You’ll be part of a small, friendly team responsible for calling customers of partnered electrical wholesalers and helping them register for the company’s free loyalty programme. This programme rewards electricians and trade professionals for purchasing through participating wholesalers, and your job is to make sure they don’t miss out.


This is not hard selling. It’s informative, supportive outreach with a clear purpose:

Explain the benefits

Register the customer

Ensure they understand how to access their rewards


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers of partnered wholesalers
  • Introduce and explain the loyalty programme in a clear, engaging way
  • Register customers over the phone and guide them through the process
  • Follow up with customers where needed to complete registrations
  • Provide a positive, professional experience that reflects the brand

Requirements

  • Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport
  • Comfortable working to targets and structured call volumes
  • Good attention to detail when recording customer information
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage your own workload
