About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and forward-thinking Talent Processes & HRIS Automation Specialist to help transform how we deliver Talent Reviews and related people processes across our global, matrixed commercial organisation.This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional HR process delivery and play a key role in digitising, simplifying and automating talent management. You will work at the intersection of HR, technology, and operations, using the HRIS and other tools to drive efficiency, data quality, and better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the automation and optimisation of Talent Review processes, leveraging HRIS capabilities
  • Translate complex talent management workflows into scalable, system-driven solutions
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders to standardise processes across markets and functions
  • Own the end-to-end configuration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Talent modules
  • Identify opportunities to improve data integrity, reporting, and insights for senior leadership
  • Support the rollout of new processes, including change management, training, and adoption
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that enable real-time visibility of talent data
  • Act as a bridge between HR and HRIS/Technology teams, ensuring solutions are practical and user-focused


What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience working with HRIS (Talent, Performance, Succession or related modules)
  • Proven track record of driving process automation and system optimisation within HR
  • Experience within a global, matrixed organisation (ideally commercial or fast-paced environments)
  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with HR data and reporting tools
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments, with a proactive approach


Desirable Experience

  • Experience implementing or enhancing Talent Review frameworks globally
  • Exposure to broader HR technology ecosystems and integrations
