An exciting opportunity has become available for a polished and service-led Community Host to join a premium flexible workspace environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being front-facing, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, supporting members, clients and visitors while helping to create a professional, welcoming and high-quality workspace.
The position sits across front of house, customer experience, community engagement, meetings and events, operational support and maintaining excellent presentation standards throughout the centre.
Key Responsibilities Welcoming members, visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
Building strong relationships with members and supporting a positive community culture
Supporting member onboarding, move-ins and general day-to-day queries
Assisting with meetings and events, including room set-up, breakdowns and AV checks
Maintaining excellent presentation standards across communal areas, meeting rooms and front of house
Supporting viewings and ensuring show offices are presented to a high standard
Identifying opportunities to support upselling across office space, coworking, meeting rooms and events
Assisting with administration, system updates, supplier access and contractor sign-in procedures
Supporting compliance, health and safety processes and daily centre checks
Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in hospitality, coworking, serviced offices, members’ clubs, corporate reception or a similar customer-facing environment
Professional, well-presented and punctual
Naturally guest-focused with a strong service mindset
Confident communicating with clients, customers and internal teams
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to remain calm in a busy, fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email platforms and booking systems
Proactive, reliable and happy to take ownership of daily centre standards
Flexible, enthusiastic and a strong team player
