Multi Trade Operative - Floorlayer - Tower Hamlets - #2087529

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Tower Hamlets, Hackney

Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Floorlayer who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Tower Hamlets, Hackney and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

If you're a reliable, experienced Floorlayer with skills in other trades and can provide good customer care we want to hear from you. It is essential that you have experience in cap and cove, altro flooring and basic Plumbing.
