Immediate Up and Coming Receptionist, temp to perm - #2088372

We are currently looking for a temp to perm Receptionist to join a corporate firm based in central London. The hours are 8:15am – 5:15pm and will be paying up to £14/£15 hour, based in the office. This is a large company with a social environment with a positive working environment. This position would suit an up and coming Receptionist with experience in a corporate environment.

The role

Provide professional reception duties.

Meet and greet visitors and callers in a professional manner.

Maintain a clean, tidy reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, ensuring items are distributed to the correct recipients and courier collections are arranged when required.

Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings, including setting up equipment, refreshments, and maintaining presentation standards.

Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean, tidy
