Our client a highly reputable and growing, boutique recruitment organisation based in the City is looking for an experienced Recruitment Administration Assistant to help support the team for approx 10 weeks until the end of August. With a grown up culture this is an organisation that really care about their team and offer a hybrid environment
Working alongside others you will provide support to consultants undertaking compliance checks, RTW, reference checking, CV formatting, managing timesheets, collecting signatures, uploading documents and ensuring all is to standard. This is a role for an individual who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and is a strong team player and is experienced supporting a recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting a team with formatting and proofing documents
- Manage the database, uploading documents, data cleansing and overseeing procedures
- Compliance administration in terms of performing RTW checks, referencing and company checks.
- Updating spreadsheets and progress reports.
- Ad hoc team support, arranging meetings and putting together information packs
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous recruitment administration experience
- Previous experience with compliance onboarding
- Excellent Microsoft office skills to format documents to a high standard
- Strong attention to detail to identify formatting inaccuracies and to maintain high standards in database management
- Enjoys working in and contributing to a team environment
- Be available immediately
