A leading professional services firm is looking to appoint a Manager into its specialist Quantitative Valuations team based in Cambridge.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice operating at the intersection of technology, innovation, investment and valuation. The team advises a broad range of clients, including technology-led businesses, venture-backed companies, investors, universities and research-intensive organisations.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Partner leading the practice, gaining significant exposure to clients, business development activities and the strategic growth of the team. This role offers genuine responsibility from day one and a clear pathway for career progression within a rapidly expanding area of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex quantitative valuation engagements
Build and review financial, statistical and valuation models
Analyse innovative technologies, business models and intangible assets
Support clients across transaction, investment, strategic and reporting-related projects
Manage client relationships and present findings to senior stakeholders
Support business development initiatives and practice growth
Mentor and develop junior team members
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who possess a strong quantitative background and an interest in applying analytical expertise within a commercial advisory environment.

You will likely have:
A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics or a related discipline
Strong quantitative, modelling and analytical capabilities
An ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Commercial awareness and an interest in innovation, technology and investment
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
