Recruitment Coordinator
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience + discretionary annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Our client is a successful and growing Executive Search agency, partnering with leading organisations to identify and attract exceptional talent for senior-level appointments.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of executive search assignments, candidate management, marketing initiatives and day-to-day business operations.

The Opportunity
This is a varied role offering exposure to recruitment, talent intelligence, marketing, events and business operations.
You will work closely with Consultants and Partners, supporting executive search projects from inception through to completion while ensuring candidates and clients receive a first-class experience.
The successful candidate will become a key member of the team and play an important role in helping the business deliver outstanding service across all aspects of the search process.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate & Interview Management
- Managing interview scheduling and coordination across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
- Sending interview confirmations and managing candidate communications
- Acting as a key point of contact throughout the interview process
- Managing psychometric testing processes, including sending assessments, candidate follow-up and reporting results
Recruitment Operations & CRM Management
- Maintaining and updating the company CRM system
- Adding candidate biographies and profile information to records
- Ensuring candidate and client data is accurate and up to date
- Managing the central EMEA inbox and responding to enquiries efficiently
Market Research & Intelligence
- Conducting market mapping exercises and maintaining talent intelligence records
- Tracking market activity and key people moves across relevant sectors
- Supporting research projects and maintaining market information databases
- Assisting consultants with candidate identification and lead generation activities
Marketing & Content Support
- Managing LinkedIn activity, including company updates and job advertisements
- Supporting the production of quarterly newsletters
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and content creation
- Helping maintain the company's external brand presence
Project & Business Support
- Supporting the preparation of candidate shortlist reports
- Assisting with the creation of client presentations and pitch materials
- Coordinating company events and industry networking activities
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider team
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as required
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
You will likely have:
- A degree from a recognised university
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Confidence communicating with candidates, clients and senior stakeholders
- An interest in recruitment, executive search, marketing, business or professional services
Previous experience within recruitment, administration, marketing, events, coordination, research, HR or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential.
