My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a business-critical programme for an end client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical design and delivery across a TypeScript/React/Vite front end and Golang microservices within a multi-tenant SWaaS architecture.
• Define front-end module boundaries, API contracts (REST/gRPC), and state management; establish idiomatic Golang service structure, concurrency, and error-handling patterns.
• Act as hands-on Tech Lead, driving design reviews, PR approvals, and resolving technical blockers with the Senior FSE/Scrum Lead.
• Set and enforce engineering standards across TypeScript, React architecture, Vite builds, and testing (Vitest/Testing Library), alongside strong Golang test coverage.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines covering front-end optimisation, Golang builds, containerisation, and cloud deployment across key product workstreams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Architecture, Data Science, Product, and UX to integrate ML models and deliver FCA-aligned, performant, and accessible user experiences.
