A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated Property Negotiator to join a well-established and high-performing estate agency team covering the Wandsworth and Battersea markets.
This role would suit someone with at least 6 months’ estate agency experience who is looking to build their career within a busy London market, increase their earning potential and work within a supportive, professional environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, building client relationships and supporting the wider team in driving revenue and market share.

Package £18,000 basic salary
£2,500 travel allowance
10% – 25% commission structure
Pool car provided
OTE of £40,000 – £50,000 in year one
Guaranteed earnings equivalent to at least £30,000 per annum for the first 4 months
1 in 3 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities Registering and qualifying applicants
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers and supporting deals through to completion
Building strong relationships with applicants, vendors and landlords
Following up enquiries and maintaining regular communication with clients
Supporting valuations, instructions and new business opportunities
Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
Working towards individual and team targets
Delivering a high standard of customer service
The Ideal Candidate Minimum 6 months’ experience within estate agency
Confident, professional and target-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated by commission and career progression
Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of South West London would be beneficial
Full UK driving licence preferred
