Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:30pm; Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
The OpportunityA highly regarded professional services firm is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join its growing team in Central London.
This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure across multiple areas of the business. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative processes, assisting with client onboarding activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate client onboarding processes, including compliance documentation, identity verification, and due diligence checks
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure records are updated and stored appropriately
- Support administrative and compliance-related processes across the business
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees and internal administration
- Liaise professionally with clients, senior stakeholders, and colleagues
- Prepare, format, and distribute business documents and correspondence
- Manage incoming post, office supplies, and general office administration
- Support the organisation of company events, team activities, and office initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies
- Previous administration, office support, customer service, or coordination experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and data
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with processes, procedures, and confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and proactive approach to work
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
