Up to £35,000 OTE in year one (base salary of £27,000(

What You'll Do

• Speak with candidates to understand their experience, motivations and career goals — becoming a trusted advisor in your market
• Build and develop relationships with clients ranging from fast-scaling start-ups to major listed businesses
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and market mapping
• Manage the full hiring process — interviews, feedback, offers and negotiations — with professionalism and pace
• Develop genuine expertise in your niche and become the person both clients and candidates turn to
• Collaborate with a close-knit, high-performing team that invests in each other’s success
