Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Postnatal Nanny/Maternity Nurse to provide comprehensive support to both mother and newborn during the postnatal period. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing 5–6 nutritious meals daily to support maternal recovery and breastfeeding, assisting with the mother's wellbeing and recovery needs, and undertaking all aspects of newborn care, including feeding support, bathing, nappy changing, and maintaining a clean and organised nursery environment.

The role also includes providing overnight care, sleeping in the same room as the baby, and helping to establish healthy feeding and sleeping routines. In addition, you will offer guidance, reassurance, and practical support to parents as they transition confidently to independent newborn care.

This is a live-in position requiring full-time support, working 7 days per week, 24 hours per day throughout the placement period.
