Lead Data Engineer

up to £90,000 + BENEFITS
Fully Remote (UK)

This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth organisation where you can take ownership of end-to-end data engineering delivery across modern cloud platforms and greenfield projects.

THE ROLE:

You will take ownership of delivering end-to-end data engineering solutions, working across greenfield projects from initial design through to deployment and optimisation. Key responsibilities include:

Designing data solutions from source systems
Building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines
Developing transformations and data models
Orchestrating workflows and deploying environments
Managing ongoing optimisation and performance improvements

You will also engage directly with stakeholders and clients, ensuring strong communication throughout project delivery.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You will bring strong capability in:

Advanced Python and SQL development
Delivering end-to-end data engineering projects
Building scalable cloud-based data solutions
Working independently and taking ownership of delivery
Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code experience

THE BENEFITS:
