  3. Lead and continuously improve operational processes, ensuring the firm is well-positioned to support future growth.
  4. Manage a broad range of business-critical projects across workplace operations, employee experience, events and business administration.
  5. Oversee office operations, facilities, suppliers, contracts and workplace initiatives, creating a seamless employee experience.
  6. Provide leadership and oversight to the EA team.
  7. Oversee the coordination and delivery of leadership offsites, corporate events and investor-facing events, ensuring exceptional execution.
  8. Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies and automation initiatives across the business.
  9. Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, landlords and service providers.
  10. Support business continuity planning and operational risk management.
  11. Partner closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations and People to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  12. Oversee key operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits and employee administration.

About You

  1. Experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Chief of Staff, Business Management, Executive Assistant/Operations or Workplace Management roles.
  2. Experience within investment management, private equity, venture capital, financial services, consulting or another fast-paced professional services environment.
  3. Proven experience managing complex projects, workplace initiatives, office moves or corporate events.
  4. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same.
  5. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leaders.
  6. Commercially minded, highly organised and naturally proactive.
  7. A problem solver who enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of working.
  8. Happy rolling up your sleeves while also contributing strategically.
