Customer Dealer Associate/AVP - FX & Money Markets - #2093000

We are recruiting on behalf of a global investment bank in London for a Customer Dealer Associate/AVP to join their Financial Markets team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is early in their career in FX and Money Markets and is looking to build solid, hands-on experience in a structured, client-facing dealing environment. You will be responsible for executing FX and Money Market transactions on behalf of corporate clients, working closely with Relationship Managers and the Trading desk on a daily basis.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Executing FX transactions (Spot, Forward, Swap) and Money Market transactions on behalf of corporate clients
2. Coordinating with Trading and Banking desks to confirm pricing and execution details
3. Supporting Relationship Managers with live market rates and basic market updates
4. Reviewing client transaction data to identify potential FX and deposit business opportunities
5. Promoting deposit products to existing and prospective clients
6. Ensuring all trades are processed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies
7. Managing internal reports and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations

What We Are Looking For

1. Some exposure to FX and/or Money Market transactions (whether in a dealing, execution, or closely related client-facing capacity)
2. A working knowledge of FX products (Spot, Forward, and Swap)
3. Familiarity with Money Market instruments and deposit products
4. Japanese language skills (spoken and written) - Essential
5. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to trade execution
6. A reliable, team-oriented attitude with clear and professional communication skills

The ideal candidate will also have previous experience within a bank or financial institution, has/had exposure to working alongside Relationship Managers or a Trading desk, and a basic understanding of FX and Money Markets regulatory frameworks.
