Based in Tower 42, moments from Bank Station, you'll work in the heart of London's financial district within a modern, professional office environment supported by a dedicated concierge team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Generating new business through sales, networking, marketing and business development activities
2. Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
3. Managing the full 360° recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement
4. Identifying, attracting and headhunting top talent
5. Managing the interview process and coordinating client feedback
6. Advising candidates on opportunities, salaries, benefits and career progression
7. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
8. Negotiating offers, rates and terms of business
9. Attending and conducting client meetings
10. Developing your own specialist market presence and reputation

3. Individuals with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
4. Recruiters with mentoring or leadership experience (advantageous but not essential)
5. Individuals with a strong sales background, including experience in estate agency, business development, account management or other target-driven environments
