As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, we would expect you to be able to pick up client relationships, enhance your established pipeline and continue to generate new business opportunities.

Duties of the Senior Lettings Negotiator

Letting, Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for let boards.

Book and conduct multiple property viewings whilst overcoming objections

Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards

Canvassing the local area

Contacting landlords

Calling our previous client database

Advertise properties through all available channels

What you need

Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career

within the property industry

Passionate about our clients values and processes

A hunger to earn and to work hard to reap the rewards from your dedication

A full UK Drivers' license for a manual Vehicle
