Infrastructure Engineer - #2093871

A well-established business is looking for an accomplished Infrastructure Engineer to join its team based in Central London. Please note this is an office-based role and previous experience working for an MSP is highly desirable.


In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you MUST be a consummate communicator with demonstrable expertise providing a proactive user and systems support service in a Windows environment. You will have deep experience with Office 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory and will be a natural problem solver with a passion for technology. Key requirements include:

• Strong background in 3rd line IT support and infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including IP addressing, subnetting, routing, VLANs, DNS and DHCP
• Experience with enterprise networking and security platforms
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and cloud migrations
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and security best practices
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and cloud migrations
• Proven track record of technical project delivery

As part of a small but dynamic team you will be responsible for the support, maintenance and development of client environments. Working with a broad range of technologies you will provide a proactive support service, ensuring systems remain accessible, available and well managed. You will also act as an escalation point for support issues.
