Continuous Improvement Specialist (Green Belt)

London, UK | Hybrid Working

£70,000 per annum

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist (Green Belt) to join a leading organisation and drive process improvement initiatives across key business areas.

In this role, you will lead and deliver improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, helping to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer outcomes, reduce costs, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for improvement, implement sustainable solutions, and support the adoption of best practices.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver improvement projects using DMAIC, Kaizen, and other Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  2. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
  3. Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to identify root causes and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
  5. Facilitate workshops
  6. Engage and influence frontline teams and business stakeholders to drive adoption of new ways of working.
  7. Support the development of a continuous improvement culture across the organisation.

Experience

  1. 2+ years' experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or a related role.
  2. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  3. Proven track record of delivering process improvement initiatives.
  4. Practical experience using CI tools, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and waste identification.
  5. Strong data analysis skills, including Excel and other analytical tools.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements..
  8. Experience of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
