Interim HR Consultant - Redundancy Project - 3 month FTC - #2094282

Are you an immediately available HR professional with strong redundancy experience?

We're working with a business in the creative space that is preparing to launch a significant redundancy project over the coming weeks and is looking for an experienced HR professional to provide interim support.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading both individual and collective consultation processes end-to-end, with the confidence to advise stakeholders, manage sensitive employee conversations, and ensure a compliant and empathetic process throughout.

Experience within a media, creative or fast-paced commercial environment would be highly beneficial.

The details:
Central London (minimum 2 days onsite)
£400-£550 per day (Outside IR35)
Immediate start / project commencing within the next few weeks
