What will you do as an NPD Project Manager

• Take ownership of the end-to-end project management process across product lifecycle
• Ensure all milestones are achieved on time, from concept through to retail launch
• Facilitate regular project meetings
• Responsible for managing critical paths, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Work with manufacturing partners across Asia and Europe
• Review and maintain quality, compliance, and execution

What will you need to be an NPD Project Manager

• Must have experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods
• Worked with high volume SKUs
• Experience working with Manufacturers in Asia
• Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management qualification is desirable
• Ideal background is experience working for an SME or Startup
• Knowledge of stage-gate product development processes
