A highly respected, fully Chartered Independent Financial Advisory firm with multiple UK offices is seeking an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join its London team.

The Opportunity
You will join a firm with a strong reputation in the market for delivering bespoke financial planning solutions to private individuals, families and business owners. With both an established client base to inherit and ongoing firm-generated enquiries, you will be well positioned to focus on client relationships and advice delivery from day one.
The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the wider development of the business, with scope for involvement in mentoring, collaboration and future leadership responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and developing an established portfolio of clients, including those transitioning from other advisers
• Delivering holistic, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning and tax strategies
• Building long-term relationships with clients and their families
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through referrals, networking and firm-generated leads
• Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, ethics and professionalism
• Collaborating with internal paraplanning and support teams to ensure excellent client outcomes
• (Where appropriate) Supporting junior advisers or paraplanners through mentoring or informal leadership
Requirements
• Chartered Financial Planner status (essential)
• Previous experience in a Financial Adviser or Financial Planning role
• Strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning areas
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A professional, ethical and client-first approach
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships
• Experience working with high-quality private clients
• Leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous but not essential
