Driven Advisory Role | High Conversion Focus | Equity Participation via EBT

The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality financial planning and investment solutions, supported by a consistent flow of prospective client enquiries. This role is ideal for an adviser who thrives in a lead-driven environment and enjoys engaging with clients at the point of need, delivering high-quality advice and converting opportunities into long-term advisory relationships.
A key feature of this opportunity is participation in the firm’s Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), offering a route to individual share ownership and alignment with the long-term success of the business.

You will be responsible for engaging with inbound enquiries, conducting structured discovery meetings and delivering holistic financial planning and investment advice that converts prospects into ongoing clients.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is a rare opportunity for an adviser who prefers working in a high-quality, lead-driven environment rather than traditional self-generation models.
With a strong flow of inbound enquiries, structured marketing support and a clear conversion-focused proposition, this role allows advisers to concentrate on what they do best: engaging clients, delivering excellent advice and building long-term financial planning relationships.
Combined with equity participation through the EBT structure, this role offers both strong earning potential and long-term alignment with the success of the business.
