CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR (DISPUTES), 2-4 PQE, LONDON, COMPETITVE SALARY. An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and successful Construction Disputes team within a Top 100 full service law firm. JOB REF: 4322
•The appointed solicitor will manage complex construction disputes while acting as a trusted adviser and key client contact.
•You will provide commercially focused advice on contentious matters, oversee adjudications, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation, and prepare high quality correspondence, submissions, pleadings, witness statements, and related dispute documentation.
•The role also involves working with experts and counsel to progress matters efficiently, acting under supervision as needed, and supporting business development to promote the team and firm.
•The firm is seeking a candidate with 2–4 years’ PQE in construction law, ideally with contentious experience, although advisory experience will also be considered for those looking to specialise.
•The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of construction law and its commercial application, along with excellent drafting, analytical, and organisational skills.
•The firm offers a competitive salary and bonus package, comprehensive pension scheme, 25 days’ annual leave, life assurance, income protection, and private medical and dental insurance from day one. .
