NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded financial planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Self-Employed Financial Adviser to take over and develop an existing portfolio of clients based in London and the South East

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Adviser who is looking for immediate recurring income, strong earning potential and the freedom to grow and develop an established client bank within a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of approximately 80 existing clients, with ongoing servicing needs and excellent opportunities for further growth through referrals and business development activity.

The Role

• Take over and manage an existing portfolio of established clients
• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection
• Conduct annual reviews and maintain strong ongoing relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow client assets and generate additional business
• Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking
• Work closely with paraplanning and administration support teams
• Deliver advice in line with FCA regulations and company standards
• Build and grow your own long-term client bank within the business

About You

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (essential)
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Full driving licence and own car
• Ability to maintain and grow an existing client bank
• Self-motivated with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
• Commitment to delivering high levels of client service and compliant advice
