A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover projects across the Home Counties. The business has a steady pipeline of commercial work and offers a structured, well-supported environment where surveyors are trusted to manage their workload professionally.

• Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

• Working across commercial and mixed-use properties

• Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports

• Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams

• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company standards

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)

• Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

• Full UK driving licence
