The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of HR, systems, and analytics, offering exposure to HR technology, process improvement, reporting, and workforce data. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining people data, supporting system enhancements, and producing meaningful reports that help drive business decisions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and wants to move away from purely administrative responsibilities into a more specialist HR systems-focused position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management and maintenance of HR systems and employee data.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and management information.
  • Create and maintain complex Excel reports and analyse workforce data.
  • Assist with HR system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development of automated workflows and process efficiencies.
  • Investigate and resolve HR systems queries and data issues.
  • Assist with annual HR projects, including reward, diversity, and people reporting initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR platforms.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to improve reporting capability and system utilisation.
About You

This role will suit someone who brings:

  • Experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Operations role.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR Systems, HR Analytics, or HR Technology.
  • Strong Excel skills, including reporting, formulas, data manipulation, and analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach.
  • Experience working with HR systems, databases, or reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and efficiency.

Previous HRIS experience is advantageous but not essential.

Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a specialist area of HR with excellent long-term career prospects. You will gain exposure to HR systems, reporting, process automation, and data analysis while working within a high-performing and supportive People function.

A competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and flexible working arrangements are offered.
