HR Manager
Growing Insurance Group
Location: Northeast, Greater London
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
Tiger HR are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing insurance group in the search for an experienced HR Manager to join their expanding people team.
Supporting the Head of HR, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering the people strategy across the business's UK and European entities. Working closely with leaders across multiple locations, you will help drive employee engagement, talent development, HR operations and organisational growth within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This role would suit a proactive and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders and balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnering with the Head of HR to deliver the wider people strategy across the UK and European businesses
• Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across multiple entities
• Supporting organisational growth through workforce planning, recruitment and talent management initiatives
• Leading on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair, consistent and commercially focused approach
• Assisting with performance management, succession planning and employee development programmes
• Supporting compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews and benchmarking exercises
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and helping to foster a positive, high-performing culture
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant with UK and relevant European employment legislation
• Producing and analysing HR data and metrics to support business decision-making
• Supporting HR projects and change initiatives across the wider group
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
• Proven HR generalist experience gained within the insurance sector
• Previous experience at HR Manager level, or as a Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner ready to step into a broader role
• Strong employee relations experience and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-jurisdictional businesses would be advantageous
• Exposure to European HR operations would be highly beneficial
• Experience within insurance, financial services or other regulated environments
• Previous exposure to contact centre environments would be desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive within a growing business
