You will design and scale a global growth programme focused on increasing extracurricular revenue and improving margins, while ensuring consistent execution across a diverse, international school network.

Key responsibilities:

* Build playbooks, benchmarks, and best practices to drive performance.
* Partner with schools to set and achieve revenue targets, including launching new and premium activities.
* Manage external partners and supplier relationships globally.

On the operational side, you will:
* Coordinate rollout plans and track progress across multiple regions.
* Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges early.
* Lead regular check-ins and steerco sessions.
* Manage feedback loops, change requests, and ongoing improvements.
* Support change management and embed new ways of working post-implementation.

Ideal profile:

* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and margin growth.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders.
* Analytical and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
* Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders across geographies.
* Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
